This week's blog talks about charity songs.

So we’ve just seen Children in Need Rocks Manchester and if you missed any of the acts from Coldplay, One Direction, Kelly Rowland, Gary Barlow and Lady Gaga to name a few... click on one of the links below and watch them again and again... and again.

Doing something for charity and helping people in need gives everyone a warm feeling. Singing is such a great expression of emotion that can quickly capture the imaginations of thousands of listeners and generate action for a cause. X-Factor’s Help For Heroes single last year went down an emotional storm and we can all remember Live Aid where the world’s greatest acts came together to perform and raise money.

It won’t be long now till we hear the strains of Bob Geldof’s ‘Do they Know its Christmas Time at allll...’ coming over the airways.

But the war at Christmas time has always been about who is going to steal the coveted Christmas number one chart. This year instead of it being X-Factor VS. Rage Against the Machine it’s going to be X Factor vs. TOWIE. Shut up really? X Factor are going to be well jel if TOWIE win...

TOWIE will be doing a cover of the George Michael classic ‘Last Christmas’ seeing Jessica Wright and James Argent on the lead vocals with Mark Wright, Lauren Goodger and Sam Faier’s also singing along.

We can’t wait to hear it - can you??
